Is not in the top tier but it was Top 5 in the Special ladder that banned the previous season's Top 12; that group wasn't greater than 20 Pokémon. Surely is not top tier but it's definitely usable.

Final stats are 89 / 170 / 140 / 65 / 120 /121.
Gave it an extra 10 points since things like Alakazam and Roserade got minor buffs and we know Landorus has not had any love since it was released.
The ability doesn't need to change since intimidate isn't that great and at the very least it can use it twice by mega evolving.

All it would need after this is a signature flying move, something like extremespeed.
