Arceus was born in a vast nothingness
Arceus then created Dialga, to keep Time flowing, Palkia, to keep space balanced, and then Giratina, to uphold their laws.
After Giratina fucked off and basically became the opposite of Law, so it was banished to it's own universe.
Arceus, with it's 1000 Unown acting as arms, then shaped the earth, the sun, and everything else.
Lastly, Arceus created four imps:
>Azelf, to create willpower
>Uxie, to uphold knowladge
>Mespirit, to bring emotion to the world
>And lastly, Mew, the perfect creature. Arceus created hundreds of Mew to live alongside mankind, who were shaped by the wisdom, willpower and emotion.
Eventually, these creatures need to learn how to survive in the ever changing climate. They transform into different species in order to survive. Stronger ones become the predators, while weaker ones are forced to disguise themselves as plants or smaller creatures. Different ''types'' are born.
Eventually the transformations carry down through the genes, and the pure, original race is lost, except for a few, who still live in faraway jungles and hidden environments.
