>>25209795You can do that but things get a little difficult because they adjust the pokemon's levels according to viability, which I'm not sure many people are aware of. So you often have to do speed calcs to see if something like a level 79 Arcanine outspeeds a level 77 Kyurem-B and weird shit like that.
Also a little note fact is every pokemon generated in random battles always have max speed +Spd natures, even if they're more defensively inclined. Nothing like getting wrecked by an offensive fast Alomomola. That thing has a deceptively fast base speed stat.
