No. Most of them are impossible to detect.

The best way to fight hacks is to make it easier for legitimate players to get on the same ground. I.e. eliminate IVs or make them explicitly controllable.

IVs are shit and they clearly know this. They are trying to make breeding easier but it's not enough, breeding 'perfect' Pokémon still takes to much and is just boring.
Remove IVs or rework them
Make hidden power type easy to pass down trough breeding
Make the whole breeding process shorter

At least evs are now straightforward for everyone

Injection is objectively a good thing for Pokémon because it enables both players to have an even playing field without having to devote dozens of hours to the bike simulator.
