I know all Sinnoh starters and their evos are owned by trainers because of the National Dex requirements. Those are all I know of in the main line. You're probably not asking for spin-offs.

I think that's it. Although I do remember one NPC in Kanto Victory Road having a Charizard too, it might even be the same Cooltrainer with the middle evos, but I may be mistaken.
