Evee now learns sketch once at level 1, and all Eeveelutions gain +20 points to their BST (to be distributed as you see fit). Which Eeveelution benefits the most? Which one benefits the least?

Yeah, I feel like they're some of the most fucked-over mons and nobody realizes it. Gamefreak really choked out their movepool out of fearing of having to grant a single move to ALL of them.

Wouldn't learning Sketch once means gaining access to the Move Relearner means you can relearn Sketch and thus have the ultimate moveset to your liking?

I don't think Sketch will ever be on anything not Smeargle

You can't re-learn Sketch. Smeargle learns the move again every eleven levels.
