Good afternoon vp, I am currently employed at Nintendo in Italy. I have stumbled upon certain information that you may find interesting. You're free to believe me or not.
Tomorrow 2 new games are going to be announced. They're called Pokémon XZ and Pokémon YZ. The Z is shaped to resemble a 2. They're going to came out globally the second week of June. They're sequel to the original X and Y. The covers are not ready yet. The games are for the 3DS. The reveal video shows a new mythical pokemon which is being marketed as the last pokémon of this generation. It features a new story centered about the legendary Pokémon Zygarde. The game is set in an expanded Kalos Region. The main promotional materials for this games are Zygarde, Magiana and Volcanion (both have a mega evolution and one is catcheable in-game in a special post-game quest). There are some new megaevolutions (the same number introduced in ORAS I think) but the megaevolution mechanic and the quest for the stones is relegated to post game and a new mechanic called bond evolution which is achiveable only with the Kalos starters. The special Floette is unique and based on a variant of the bond evolution. That's all I know.
