Zygarde forms either have red cores or blue cores, or both in the case of the 100% form
AZ's Floette is pretty strikingly red and blue colored compared to normal Floette
Magiana has the red and blue half-circles in the middle of it
Ash Greninja and Volcanion are pushing it a little but they have a red/blue thing going on a bit as well
I'm gonna call it now, Magiana will be used in Z and/or the movie to fuse Zygarde's together, the red/blue circle represents the red and blue cores, and it'll be used like a Pokeball to capture both halves and fuse them
