I can see where you're coming from, it's nice that the game is easy to pick up anytime and isn't ever overly frustrating or stressful. Some challenge in the game like a hard mode would be nice though.

Pokémon Black 2 & White 2 had a Hard Mode setting but it was shit. You were required to clear both games to use it and then link them. And all it did was to add 10 levels to every foe's Pokémon. But you'd eventually catch up and then it would be the same shit again.

I like the designs and some of the music,

And PMD. I used to enjoy it as much as the main series but now they're way better, with SMD saving Gen 6 to me as ORAS was driving me off of it.

Good to know I'm not the only person who's actually benefiting from the games becoming overly casualized considering I don't want a legitimate challenge and just want something fun to pass the time when I'm bored.

Also, it might be corny, but I kinda feel for my team even though they aren't real...though that happens with games like Worms as well.

Voltorb Flip. When I got to it in HGSS I stopped playing the regular game entirely and logged 10 hours grinding enough coins to get the Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, and Swords Dance TMs. Same thing happened with mining minigame in Diamond.
