I already caught Chansey earlier. Came back for Tauros but got another Chansey on the first try, and then Tauros. Now I'm here for Pinsir, got the Venonat, Pinsir, and now all I have left to get is Kanghaskan.

Just encountered one but it ran away. I've heard stories where it takes people 6 hours to get them.

I'd keep it in your leafgreen copy, OP.

That other anon has a point, your shiny will get lost in the boxes of EZ shinies that can be obtained in gen 6 games. Plus a shiny sprite is much better than a shiny model.
