I haven't played Pokemon since Emerald. I recently picked up Omega Ruby and have been having fun, but holy shit what did gamefreak do to event pokemon?
Back in the day you were lucky to get a couple a year. Now you can get a couple a month. Just looked at past event pokemon and there's been like 20+ a year. What the fuck?
No one even uses event pokemon, they exist solely for novelty purposes and GF has basically destroyed that.
