I don't know what it is, but it just sort of clicks more than if you're bullying an ugly motherfucker like, say, Muk. Ugly fuckers are probably used to being mistreated, so they wouldn't mind as much. Cute stuff is used to being treated well, so the bullying is more of a shock.
That's just how my mind works, though. Some people, bullying might be driven hate rather than love, so maybe someone out there could do a wonderful story about making Landorus his bitch and causing that butt-ugly genie to cry and scream and die on the inside. Who knows?
