Better stats would make it better.
It's fine as a suicide lead now, but moving some of that unused Attack into Special Attack would really help it.

Yeah, a mega with technician could help it out a fair bit. Not too much to speed as its sorted there, but lots to the offenses, meaning it could run either mixed with ice shard or special with HP of choice

Technician would probably be better competitively but Serene Grace probably fits it better flavour wise and would cause more delicious asspain.
