Can we have a competitive battling thread?

In OU, is it possible to climb the ladder without having to use at least 1 legendary?

Every battler I've seen so far around 1400 has at least 1 legendary

I know legendaries aren't overpowered in general, but I don't like using legendaries myself since I know I couldn't have a perfect one on cart.

If legendaries aren't your thing, then OU isn't for you. UU or RU both have legendaries but not as much and it's possible to ladder without them.
They are eventually necessary in OU.

It's a really good teambuilding exercise, to put together 6 Pokemon which aren't min maxed with great typing and abilities and wide movepools like legends are and have it work. People who defend legends being in OU are truly faggots

It's 100% possible to be #1 on the ladder without Legends. Sheddy Stall, which is a masterpiece of a team, uses no Legends and consistently ladders to the #1 spot.
