Articuno wouldn't even run Aeroblast if it had Gale Wings. It would more likely run with a rain setter and shoot off 100% accurate priority Hurricanes.

Defense: 80 (+13)
Sp. Atk: 125 (+30)
Sp. Def: 100(+15)
Speed: 105 (+10)

Maybe even Uber with speed boost, jesus.
