It was, years ago when it had a movie about it. But now every movie features a Legendary Pokemon The reason Suicune is the one in the spotlight still is Crystal cementing it there.

Entei has a nice design and people do use it when they can, but perhaps they will more when its HA comes out. Having only one typing doesn't do enough, but maybe having an immunity will.
