because GF does think about balance, shocker.

same with why not making Mega Gyarados Water/Dragon? because it'd be too stupid to deal with something with Palkia level stats and typing that can dragon dance

lighting rod Zapdos would be amazing in doubles/VGC so they probably backtracked a bit like they with Shadow Tag Chandelure.

Are you retarded? Game Freak doesn't think for shit, Mega Salamence and Mega Kangaskhan are a thing and for whatever the fuck reason they thought it would be a great idea to ban the Soul Dew but not the Red and Blue Orbs

I've found that Game Freak and TPCI do seem to notice what was broken the previous generation, and nerf it in the next
