What set do you have for Breloom?
Ability, Nature, Moves, ect.
>First playthrough of Omega Ruby
>Pick up a Shroomish before first gym
>Do the balloon shooting mini game to level up special attack
>Skip forward two gyms
>Shroomish finally evolves into Breloom
>Ability: Effect Spore
>No points invested in attack
How fucked am I? Should I just start over?

Well, since we're talking about in-game, you're not fucked. You can pretty much use anything and it'll work. Not having a single EV in Attack is pretty bad though...

Breloom's one of my favourite pokemon, but the length of time with Shroomish you've gotta put in to get Spore makes me always kind of ehhh about using one.

There's an item you can get from super training that resets your EVs, so it doesn't matter.

You could also try and get the Perilous Soup from the Berry Juice place if you've got a means of sending it to XY.

That's a point though, do EVs apply retroactively?
