A nice Rock STAB would be appreciated, but you can go with Hyper Voice, Freeze-Dry and Earthpower to have pretty good coverage. You could also add Psychic or Thunderbolt on the fourth slot, or set up with Rock Polish and go for a sweep.

nah the problem is that with today's general power creep it needs some more SpAtk, Volt Switch would be appreciated as well since it learns so many electric moves
