New Moves:

Poison Bounce: Inflicts Poison Status on the opponent then switches out. 75 accuracy.

Static Current: Entry Hazard that paralyzes any grounded pokemon that switches in.

How would these affect the meta?

It basically kills sweepers. half speed, chance to fully para. All this from a hazard which is only safely removable by excadrill, sandslash, claydol and delibird.

Basically forces you to have one of those listed rapid spinners unless you're running a monoflying/mono electric or sandstorm team.

Doesn't Electricity have trouble transmitting through the ground? It certainly does by Pokemon logic.

What if the Para Entry Hazard only affected aerial pokemon?

Static current would be broken as fuck, the reasons are already mentioned. Unless, that is, Electric-types and Pokémon with Limber removed it upon switching in. I mean, it makes sense - Electric/Limber can't be paralyzed at all. It's like Poison-types eating Toxic Spikes when they switch in.

Poison Bounce would be beyond useless. 75% accuracy and not even Toxic? Fuck no.
