>>25291878>They're boring as shit choices,To you, not the majority of fans who actually want them in. That's the entire point anon, you have a bias for your own personal favourites over the ones that the majority like.
>I acknowledge it would make significantly more sense than Dark Mewtwo.I'd love to hear this one because Zoroark isn't a dark analog to anything anon.
>I'm almost certain any Pokemon could hit these levels if GF pushed them like they did Charizard/Lucario.>PushingLook, you can say it until you go red in the face but giving the fans what they want isn't forcing or pushing by any means.
> A good example would be Machamp who suddenly has all these people coming out of the woodwork saying they've loved him now that he's the face of Pokken. Saying that he's the face of Pokken is stretching it especially when it's not even on the box art. As for Machamp fans they aren't exactly abundant even after it was announced for Pokken.
In any case who are you to say that they didn't like Machamp prior to Pokken and aren't just glad that their favourite got in. Can you really say that you would do the same thing if you were in their position.
>due to it not being 1998 anymore. That's precisely why they can't reach those levels. Pokemon was a global phenomenon in those days.
>What does this have to do with anything? You tell me, you're the one that brought up the dark fighter thing.
> they should've put the resources to having an actual villain type character. Define "actual villain" character.
Beause Zoroark doesn't fit under that unless it has the same "edgy" treatment Mewtwo had.
On top of that most people already already see Mewtwo as an antagonist due to his background in the Kanto games and the movie.
>Come on, now anon, they clearly had a hand in picking the roster. They literally have nothing to do with the spin offs anon. That's all Nintendo, TPC and whoever's developing it.
