Some people are just too stupid to inject. Or they have "morals" when it comes to videogames and choose not to cheat in them.
Even for the people who did get this thing legitimately, it doesn't mean they got a competitively viable one. It might have shit IV's or a bad nature.
And if you're like me, you cheat a good one in, or edit the stats of a clone of the the legitimate event. But, even then I'll not bring it to all of my matches because I do respect the opinions of my opponents who are against cheating.
