Personal Opinion on the new game!
First, it'll Pokemon XZ/YZ. Gotta make fanboys buy both copies.

Next, the game will focus on AZ and his problems with the war. This will open up South Kalos and the Train taking you to a new Pokemon Safari. South Kalos will have a new gym leader who will be taking over Ramos. It'll most likely be a Dark Gym or Grass
>In Pokemon X & Y you only get half of the pokedex
So, considering the new possibilities with the train and south Kalos, there will be another half of the poked added. It'll start off where Volcanion is and it'll contain new legends and new regular pokemon. Introducing new fairy types and new evolution methods. Keep in mind, Inkay makes you turn your 3DS over
Now, I'm only relaying what I've heard. So here goes my own prediction
Pokemon is clearly a huge series, and it's 20th anniversary is coming up. Therefore, the new South Kalos and the Train will be taking you back to Pallet town where you meet Professor Oak.

But when was the last time we went to a different region in one game? 3 Gens ago? Right, so we're going back to Pallet town with new pokemon to encounter. the typical encounters will be there, but 4+ new encounters will be in each area. Unfortunately, you're going to have to restart in Kalos and choose between Fennikin, Froakie, and Chespin and play all the way through until the Kalos Badlands
Inside of the badlands, you'll find yourself able to go into any of the mysterious buildings and they will take you to different areas of South Kalos or even the old Kalos. But, that's just me
I'm excited for another half of the dex and a new area. What's with that Train though?
