This is essentially impossible, since the 2DS was marketed to kids and a primarily kids game being on a non-2DS console would tank the sales.

Enhanced by N3DS is entirely possible though.

Not gonna happen, they want to make the game sell to as large an audience as possible, they wouldn't make it unplayable on certain 3DS systems. Don't forget that the US had a 2DS bundle for X/Y.

Not him but the right hinge on my Pikachu 3DS XL is cracking and I don't want the top screen to come off. This happened to my first 3DS XL, and I've had since it first came out.

I don't want an XL model, and I have no interest in Animal Crossing, that bundle based purely on getting you to buy Amiibo cards currently is the only way to get a non-XL N3DS in the US.

If anything they should make it available for all 3DS but make the 3D mode exclusive to the new 3DS. That way they can work with the New's slightly better software to avoid the shitty framerate we have now.

No they weren't. Crystal was the only one that was actually exclusive to the GBC, Gold/Silver would run just fine on a gameboy, albeit in black and white.

No. The only new 3DS exclusive physical game is Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. It comes on a standard cartridge, but if you put it in a old 3DS, you just get an error because the game needs the better processor of the new 3DS to even run.

I see this happening with Sun and Moon. Maybe having Amiibo support in S/M. I don't know what you'd do with Amiibos in a Pokémon game, but it might be cool. Maybe battles that give items, sort of like the e-reader?

It's impossible to be the case for pokémon because they're simple games, although we probably will still get the lag spikes on both systems due to GF's incompetence.

As long as it doesn't just straight up give the player a Pokemon of that species, I'd fine with it. Maybe if customization is still in, it could give an exclusive outfit based on that Pokemon.

I have had my XL since they first came out and there isn't a single scratch on the exterior.
Unless of course you let others play it, then in that case, you're a good man anon.
I let my nephews and nieces share my first 3DS.

My 3ds was thrown straight on the wall with full power by a grown up man and literally nothing happened to it expect few bruises and the top screen holding hinges going a little loose. It fell on the couch afterwrds though. What the hell did you do to yours?
