Everyone seems to be taking these leaks too seriously. But can anyone ACTUALLY provide the HARD CODED VALUE required of leaks to confirm they are real?

If it is random then it doesn't matter how many leaks we get because the likelyhood of the leaks being legit is not related to the number of leaks leaked
