>>25337213It's simple, the sales wouldn't justify the costs. Portugal has a very low population and most people who'd play the game understands English, anyway. Brazil barely has any Nintendo presence anymore. And of course the African countries don't count. And even if you were to translate in Portuguese, you'd still have to take into account the huge rift between PT-PT and PT-BR. Neither side likes reading things written by the other.
Nintendo does translate manuals and boxes, but game localisation is a much costlier process.
