Everything has a weakness or a hole just waiting to be exploited - its exactly like science. It's about understanding the subject at hand and finding ways to get in. Obviously you're not going to easily hack into a nuclear powerstation from your mom's basement, but its bound to have a weakness somewhat.
Also, didn't they still give us Freeze Shock and Ice Burn after they datamined Gen V?
