Its a woodpecker, and it is certainly not a fletchling. in both of the wireframe shots its head is clearly seperated from its torso, unlike fletchling who is just a ball. yes, it shares the same colors, but those are the colors of a woodpecker. yes, it is roundish, but it has a head and neck. This is a new pokemon.
