Gen 5 had b2w2 which was basically a third installment with two versions. If Sun and Moon is in fact 7th gen, there will be no 3rd 6th gen game

Nah, ORAS were "remakes" of RSE

BW2 were sequels to BW

5th gen didn't have remakes.

Idk why you all are acting so autistic. Every generation since 3 has had a revamped main series game featuring the third legendary. Nothing more than that. 6th generation may be the first exception to this trend

No it wasn't, you dumb fuck. It was functionally the same as a remake. Same engine, region, pokedex, gyms, evil team etc. It was only a sequel in name and story, but in function it was a remake, and did not break any real patterns.

But you see, what separates BW2 from the other third editions of the game is the plot that was a follow-up to BW. It was a continuing story - a sequel. It wasn't a retelling of the original story like, say, Pokemon Emerald.

Based on what though?

Zygarde's form still isn't used and hackers outright said there are two more 6th gen games. Also there's still the souvenir from the guy who specifically talks about a new region. Why the fuck give out the souvenir if they weren't planning on making a same-gen but new region game where it's usable?
