We usually try to get one Pokemon per type. A number of different sketches are made for certain types, then voted on internally. After that its fine tuning until we get the design we all mostly agree on. Also no, not that much autism, though some employees are focused on details.

Nope, we've stated a number of times that main Pokemon titles are suppose to be palyed on Nintendo's mobile consoles. It's 3DS and 2DS this time.

We didn't do version Z because, surprisingly, X and Y got a bit more negative feedback then we were expecting. Nothing crazy, but people had...issues with it.

Umm, yes and no. Like any kind of software, we have updated a bit. But it is the same program we used for X/Y and Omega/Alpha

As far as I'm concerned, yes. But someone at the office probably knows more than me. Honestly, I'm the guy who sees close to final sketches of the pkemon and then sends them off to the 3D animators. (aka, the guys who do the real job)

You'd be surprised the emails we got. Many complained about acquiring the Gen 1 starters. Felt it was pointless to be able to get not one but two starting Pokemon. There were also many who felt the formula didn't change enough. Character customization was praised though.

my main issue with XY was the wasted potential. Both the region and story COULD have been genuinely amazing, and ALMOST were, but just... weren't. And it left me feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied.

Oh and there's also the part where I didn't lose a single battle in the entire story.

now prove you actually work for TPC, it shouldn't be that hard if you really did.

Each gamestop got 3-4. Us employees bought the boxes first or people called or reserved them online, which we hold for up to 24 hours. I bought all 4 of my stores and wore the pins the rest of the day while at work.

Any idea if Nintendo is going to be releasing another handheld system in time for Sun and Moon? By "another" i mean the next iteration of handheld gamng system like a 4DS or a 'Super' New 3DS

Will IVs continue to be a thing? I'm somewhat okay with shinies being a breeding nightmare but I want to get strong Pokemon without that ridiculously frustrating set of odds it has currently.
