Then they will just erase the moves when they go through Pokemon Bank. It's probably safer if Game Freak do the validity checks through alone Bank rather than through the VC game. Hackers could easily edit the ROM to bypass the check if it was done locally.

Gen 1 had a completely different stating system then out current IV system.

I really doubt the moves will carry over from there, or even the stats.

A placeholder Pokemon will be generated for you. It will not be the same Pokemon, from the Gen 1 games, it will have different stats, moves, and random nature given to it.
