So I know it comes preloaded with red and blue. Anybody know if you transfer your 3ds profile over if it keeps the games or eases them? I've got most of the other ones from the shop and I'd like a single pokemon machine you know

Fuck no. Nintendo + Pokemon taxes mean price gouging that will only get worse as time goes on.

I went to Best Buy at opening time today because their site said they had some at that location. Considering how Nintendo plastered a ducking retail date for today everywhere, I figured there would be others for normal sale. Nope. Nada.

I'm honestly done with Nintendo in general now. This incredibly limited distribution is awful. No other company's special/limited editions are this fucking scarce. I try to be a Nintendo fan and they throw it in my face.

Isn't it just a faceplate on there? Can I not just buy those separately? Otherwise what is the benefit to buying this if I already have a 3ds? Preloading with R/B?

It's the second bundle of the New 3DS in the US, comes with two face plates (charizard and blastoise) and is preloaded with both Red and Blue. I don't think the faceplates have been announced as being sold separately anywhere. Currently the only way to get a New 3DS here if you don't want Happy Home Designer.

I have two on order, one from GS and one from Walmart. I'm expecting one of them to be canceled because of how late I ordered.

Worst case scenario, they both come in and I scalp the one to pay for the Red: Champion Edition nendo that I missed out on.
