Psychic power basically affects it without letting it affect anything else, rendering it useless since that's poison's whole thing
I suppose the ground weakness is basically "fuck off, I'm not dealing with this", opening and crack on the ground and sending it away. With so many poison/grass types it is probably not as bad om the environment.
