I honestly don't get why castform gets such a bad rap. I mean yeah his move selection is more shallow than a kiddie pool and his stats are average at best, but he can OHKO beasts like mega t-tar and two shot Dragonite.

Just tried some damage calcs, it OHKOs uninvested M-Tyranitar with Hydro Pump, only in rain.

It kinda hits hard under weather.
It gets STAB Fire Blast/Hydro Pump with the weather boost. It also gets Solar Beam, Thunder and Hurricane.

I always wanted him to get a hidden ability to start a weather condition on entry that correlated to which weather stone he held (along with the benefit gained from using a weather move with the stone and changing form).

So holding a damp stone would give him a 7 turn drizzle effect.

Also, give him a sandstorm form already
