Bulbasaur's body would be beige with green spots, and theyd be circles instead of those weird shapes. All eyes would be round. Charmander would have have only three claws, and theyd be bigger and cartoony. Squirtle's tail would be furry. Squirtle's mouth wouldn't have that divet in the middle. Also one of them would be smug/angry looking.
