If anything chikorita goes a bit lower on the cute and awesome scale cause Magnisium is kinda funky looking, but flavor wise makes sense as the follow up to bayleaf (best second evolution of any Gen. Fight me.)
Totodile I suppose could be lower on the cute side, depending on your taste. Ultimately Crokaknaw and Feraligator are objectively not cute. But Feraligator is awesome. Crokaknaw is pretty stupid.
Cyndaquil's evolution's all make sense, and are all great. (if we are talking about ascetic only as this graphs x/y axis suggest) which would put cydaquil as the top teir for gen 2 (Again only if we are going by ascetic)
