Realistically though, and I'm not totally sold on this, but with that white everywhere and that glowing cyan core. . . it kinda looks like an Ice type.

it is part flying if no levitate unless Gamefreak decides to pull another Beedrill.

I can imagine it being either normal, ice, poison, rock, ghost, dark, or fairy alongside flying.

If Fairy:
Fairy/Psychic, Fairy/Ghost, Fairy/Rock, Fairy/Ice, Fairy/Dark
If Psychic:
Psychic/Ice, Psychic/Dark, Psychic/Rock, Psychic/Ghost
If Dark:
Dark/Ghost, Dark/Rock
If part Flying:
Psychic/Flying, Dark/Flying, or Ghost/Flying(the later seems more likely as the former two have been taken)

Im betting either Fairy/Psychic(moon moves are fairy and astral moves are psychic), Psychic/Rock(an astral pokemon with moon material) or Ghost/Flying(by aesthetics, it has a skeletal body and is a bat)

I'm also in the Dark/Fairy camp. Dark because bats are nocturnal creatures and moon is visible mostly in the night, Fairy because until now most things connected to the moon (Moonlight, Moonblast, Clefairy) have been Fairy typed.
