Those "could this fictional character beat another fictional character" are, by definition, pointless since they pretty much are imaginary friends duels but, eh, if you have to pick a "strongest fictional character", Saitama is not even close to being a contender.

I'm not even a big fan of comics and/or anime but I can name multiple beings that have an almost godly mastery of time, space and/or matter, Superman, Dr. Manhattan or galactus come to mind.
Compared to those, "He never gets tired, and has inhuman bodily strength" just doesn't cut it.
