so i'm new to the EV training thing because i never cared for trying to maximize my mon's power in the past. i used super training on an azumarill around level 40, had the correct nature and EVs and when i got it to 100 it didn't have the stats it was supposed to have. do I have to max the IVs as well? or should I have EV trained to max base stats at level 1?
