They did that with the PWT in BW2. A VGC team isn't that great if it's being used by a shitty AI.

It might be worse in VGC16, given that you can basically just lead P-Groudon and Xerneas, Eruption or Precipice Blade and Geomancy turn 1 and beat 90% of teams instantly.
