Only thing I'd call a flaw is her skirt, how does it work, can't tell if flat or has some weird anime physics.
I love the way Kalos also "linked" some trainer classes, Ace Trainers, Rangers, Veterans and Rising Stars or School Boy and Girls with Scientists, not official or canon but probably just a free hint for the players.
