just wanted some input, im practicing a little. is this line-work decent? should I go lighter? Are my brush settings okay? I'd really appreciate feedback.

Both me actually, also fair, I had a much more giant squid like design for the the final evo, but then it didnt really maintain that man o war jellyfish look you know?

It's a really good concept. IMO the final evo makes the sort of awkward-looking 2nd stage worth it, though I feel it could use some work.

I love the first evo, the others could use some work though. If you're going for a Kraken inspiration for the final, maybe go all the way and give it a gaping monster mouth. Something dragon/hydra looking even. Feel free to blend other sea-monsters into the design a bit, don't stick to strictly jellyfish.
