Those are only his extra Zoruas, the ones that de-transformed from other plushies and the ones that haven't but he's very sure they're Zoruas. He likes buying Zoruas on his own, but he got really upset when he realized half of his collection was secretly Zoruas. So he decided to sell the extra ones.

I had to do this too when I broke up with my gf of 4 years.

I couldn't keep this stuff around, it only reminded me of her.

Most likely the other way around.
I had to do a group project with a girl once, and she had a Fennekin charm on her phone.
Talk about pokemon, shit goes well.
Fast forward 2 months, A LOT of shit happens, I realised she was a total furry.
Projected herself as Fennekin and her ideal man was Zoroark.

I saw the same pic, dude gave a similar story though. Had a joint collection with his recently ex-gf, and she wanted what she considered to be her half of it, but she fucked him over so he was selling the majority of it and downsizing. Multiple people were making offers for stuff, but Idk if he made any sales.
