I like this Litten evo, but another Fire/Fighting starter is a bit much. Ballio and Mermaid I could take or leave. Poke Ezio is a fine design, but this Rowlet evolution looks like a much better thought out implementation of the same theme while staying more in the Pokemon aesthetic.
In fact, I think I like this evolution the best. It avoids a common thing people do with Rowlets evolutions, which is make the bowtie thing way too strong. Putting on full suit and button and ties designs. The archery thing is pretty inspired too, taking advantage of simple, and common, Pokemon design elements to make something like a bow without just giving it a branch bow.
