here is a list I made a long time ago:
Normal - Most diverse and crazy movepools
Fire - Have + 20 % To Burn enemy
Fighting - Every fighting attack have +20% to lower defence
Water- Stat boost in water areas/rain
Flying- opponents special attacks - 10% accuracy
Grass- Auto heal in sun ( same amount as leftovers)
Poison- + 20% to poison enemy with Poison moves
Electric- + 20% to paralyze enemy with electric moves
Ground- Defence boost in sandstorm
Psychic + 10% to flinch enemy with psychic move
Rock -20% sp Defence in rain +20% sp defence in sandstorm
Ice- + 30% To freeze the enemy with ice moves
Bug- I was thinking about + 10% To poison/burn/paralyze.
Dragon - Best stats
Ghost Enemy moves -10% Accuracy
Dark- 10% to flinch enemy using any dark move
Ofcourse weather would be changed too to fix some problems.
