The few legitimate scalies I have met actually get that most people aren't into what they are. They are less likely to shove their phone full of weird porn in your face and demand that you accept them. They are more content to do their thing and not bother anyone.
It really isn't any of my business what people want to fug, so long as they don't make it my business. Scalies seem to get that. Furries seem not to. Maybe it is just that there are more furries, meaning the odds of running into the wizard is higher, but I have had a problem with a few furries. I have never had a problem with a scaly, and only ever found out by accident.
