Really, if you're concerned about Stealth Rocks just build a team that isn't particularly weak against them or use a spinner/defogger. Even Magic Bounce could work. There are 28 Pokemon and at least one of any tier, evolutionary stage, generation or region that can learn rapid spin through one way or another. You can add to that 15 pokemon that learn defog naturally or through breeding, and whole load of those that learnt it in Gen4.
Also, you have 3 types that are resistant to rocks, and 11 types that are neutral to rocks (bar some type combinations that can give you a weakness to rocks, which are 4 types).
tl;dr: Put a bit of thought into your team, and Stealth Rocks isn't much of a problem anymore.
