Her impossibly large form would cause an immeasurable impact as she struck the earth with her trillions of tons in body weight. No doubt leaving a Shauna-shaped imprint in the land bigger than any gorge or canyon. Perhaps this is what it would take for her to realize the crushing reality of her altered state- picture Shauna, floored from her fall, about to push herself up when, with her eyes so close to the surface, she is just, barely, able to make out the tiny clusters of civilization. Miniature, gray objects barely bigger than grains of sand. Tiny lights that are dying out rapidly. The cries of the few survivors would still be below her notice, of course. In her confusion, perhaps she would inquisitively brush her fingertip across the surface, unknowingly wiping out even more lives. And perhaps, with a closer look, she would come to realize what had transpired.
