Definitely a strong point of BW2 overall, Plasma was nicely characterised but left us pondering about the other Sages and "Goddesses", that is the point only manga really tried to continue.
(To the point even they were surprised when they scrapped the idea of The Trio being "Dark Trinity", they gave such vibes at least, I guess it really was originally planned)
He was a creepy psychopath scientist similar to perhaps Ein from Gen 3? He was in Plasma only to fuel his experiments. One manga had that "Dr. Zeno" supposed to represents the BW1 Scientist who created Genosect/Dennis.
Too bad he had no worthy opponent in the person of more competent Team Rocket. I mean they not only took them those jetpacks, overall made dumber with coming back of balloon. I think they try to fix it in X/Y, but eh. They give a lot better fights overall, don't they? But aside Matori and Giovanni no one made cameo yet.
Oh, I was the Pierce-Flintfig too, in case someone wondered. I hate seeing good characters wasted due to various reasons.
