A check would be something like Scarf Lando-T/Excadrill with Rock coverage. Can't switch in by any means but definitely outspeeds and OHKOs if given a free turn to get in.
Also, I'm not really sure about listing M-Altaria as a zero drawbacks hard stop to Zard Y. It needs to be Mega evolved to get the SpD buff necessary to avoid the 2HKO from Drought boosted Fire Blast, and it also needs to be Mega evolved to avoid getting wrecked on the switch by some madman running Dragon Pulse. Also the Dragon Dance variant of M-Altaria simply isn't bulky enough to consistently take Sun boosted Fire Blasts, it just hits too hard even resisted.

Keeping in mind that Pixilate Returns are also resisted by Zard Y so you have to try to get a DD off whilst taking these hard hitting Fire Blasts to even begin to threaten it. No one runs Dragon coverage on M-Alt and Zard is obviously immune to the ever popular Earthquake coverage.
